Last day..... :(

January 5... Last day in Munduk... :(  We started the day slowly again, because it's the weekend and our friends were busy working.  At noon we visited Kadek, another local person we know.  His uncle has a coffee plantation, and the coffee he served naturally from the plantation (^^).  We hung out with him for a bit, then off to lunch....  The plan today was to get all the school supplies for the children.  We hung around until late noon, then went to get the supplies at nearby general supplies store. The money donated by my workmates at RUH Emergency, Saskatoon MD Ambulance and donations collected by Vivian from his school, St Philip, enought to buy 990 books, 99 pens, 99 pencils, 99 erasers and 99 rulers.  The owner was kind enough to give us extra supplies.  He gave us all the supplies he has, and he will deliver the rest on Monday.  We headed back to the hostel and had dinner.
Our friend Nyoman had arrange last meeting with everyone at this internet shop.  Quite a fun hang out, reminded me of my young days hanging out with my friends in Jakarta.  Good laugh and a lot of fun over a cup of coffee.  I really miss that.  There, we reviewed our plan of school supplies distribution.  Ady, know of the children that need help with school supplies and will registered them for the program.  Then each semester, these children will be given a package consists of 10 books, a pen, a pencil, an eraser and a ruler.  If the children need extra supplies before the next semester end, they will let Ady know and he will give them what's needed and make note of it. When someone recommended a child Ady would register him/her.

It was a good night, and we feel quite sad that we have to leave these great guys, but all the more reason to come back in the near future! We went home and packed.... then sleep so we can wake up early the next morning for our 5 am bus.... (-_-) ouch.....
